Jeroen Knikkink

Jeroen is a highly motivated, ‘can make it happen’ finance professional, who has worked in Europe, Latin America and Middle East. His operational, financial and interpersonal skills have enabled him to achieve success for many companies. As Finance Director he has quickly analysed the problems and rapidly applied new ways of doing things. He has managed companies with very low cash flow and low or negative EBITDA. Jeroen has achieved success in these challenging periods by taking the right and sometimes unpopular decisions serving the interests of all stakeholders.

Professional Experience

In his early career, Jeroen worked in controller and Treasury positions, mainly in the retail sector around Europe and including several years working in Central America. From 2005 onwards he undertook many interim CFO and CRO roles, successfully dealing with challenging turnarounds, mergers and disposals. Assignments have spanned much of Europe, particularly the Benelux region and Spain as well as various countries in Central America. Industry sectors include construction, retail, FMCG, fruit import / export and food manufacturing.
