Who uses us?

Our clients are many and varied. As a result of our history we have worked for many US-owned businesses and are very comfortable dealing with US owners. Many of our professionals have worked for US companies themselves and several have lived and worked in the USA. Others have lived and worked in continental Europe and across the world so we have a very international outlook. We undertake a lot of work within the UK. In Europe, we work through our formal network, European Restructuring Solutions (ERS).

We have no particular sector specialisations. Our specialist skills are primarily related to the situation and not the type of industry.

Clients are normally mid-market, with revenues ranging from around £10 million to more than £1 billion. We have undertaken work for smaller firms, particularly where part of a larger group, and are always happy to discuss how we can add value for your business in a cost-effective way. As a boutique firm we can be flexible in our approach.
