He has had more than 16 years’ P/L responsibility, experienced risk management and is knowledgeable in world-class management techniques, cultures and standards such as six Sigma, TQM, Lean manufacturing 5S and Kaizen. He has good negotiating skills and provides strong leadership in change and distress situations. Professional Experience
Daniel began his career as a design engineer in Bucharest and transferred progressively through finance and administrative roles into marketing and general manager roles with companies such as AMOCO before becoming General Manager Romanian Operations of Lear Corporation responsible for $100 million operations. He spent two years with Lear in USA as a director in advanced and CTO electronics before returning to Romania to drive a major restructuring and product launch as CEO. He was transferred by Lear to the Philippines, responsible for P/L of South East Asia operations. Since 2013 he has been engaged in of special project roles in Romanian and Eastern European projects including mobile equipment distribution networks and product launches. He specialises in change management in challenging situations.
